The Vivaro is really two different vans, and which one you have decides the roof before anything is cut. We fit accredited Drivelodge and Skyline roofs to both, in short and long wheelbase, with a 5 year warranty on every roof. Tell us the year and the wheelbase and we will tell you exactly which roofs fit your van.
Every furniture unit is drawn in CAD and cut on our own CNC in Bury, so it fits your Vivaro’s wheel arches and panels rather than being trimmed to fit on the day.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your build date, with the remaining balance payable once the job is complete and you are fully satisfied. We’ll confirm the deposit amount with your quote.
Yes, absolutely. We’ll create a bespoke, tailored plan and source all the parts you need. Whether it’s building custom furniture or fitting a pop top roof, we can cover it. We supply a wide range of products including diesel heaters, furniture kits, rock and roll beds, electrics, awnings, sound deadening and insulation – all of which you can explore on our shop page.

Timelines vary depending on your van’s specific requirements. Most complex conversions take 2–4 weeks to complete. As we usually book work 4–8 weeks in advance, you should allow for an overall lead time of around 3 months from your initial enquiry.
SWB and LWB describe the wheelbase length of the Vauxhall Vivaro. The short wheelbase (SWB) version is more compact, offering easier handling and parking in tighter spaces. The long wheelbase (LWB) model extends the vehicle’s length, giving valuable extra room inside for storage, larger furniture or extended living space.
All of our Vauxhall Vivaro conversions are backed by a 1-year warranty that covers the quality of our workmanship. In addition, our Drivelodge and Skyline pop top roofs come with a 5-year roof warranty, offering long-term reassurance that your campervan is built to last.
Yes. If your van’s already sorted and you just want the roof, we fit pop top roofs on their own – no need to take the full package. Tell us the van and we’ll give you a price for the roof by itself. Our full conversion package is there if you want the rest done at the same time.
