Who we share it with

We only share your information with organisations that help us run our business, such as our website host, email and form providers, payment processors, couriers delivering your order, and our accountants. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal data.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. We keep customer, order and booking records for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies
