2019-on Trafic
The Trafic carried on as a Trafic, while the Vivaro moved platform – so a 2019-on Trafic no longer takes the same roof as a 2019-on Vivaro.

Every unit is drawn in CAD and cut on our own CNC machine in Bury, laid out around the Trafic’s own wheel arches and panel lines rather than trimmed to fit on the day, with storage, seating and sleeping arranged to suit how you use the van.

The Trafic is the van the others are copies of. Vauxhall’s Vivaro, the Nissan NV300, the Fiat Talento and the Nissan Primastar were all built on the same shell from 2014, which is why a roof cut for a Trafic fits all of them.
We fit accredited Drivelodge and Skyline roofs to the Trafic in short and long wheelbase, with a 5 year warranty on every roof, and build every furniture unit in CAD and on our own CNC in Bury.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your build date, with the remaining balance payable once the job is complete and you are fully satisfied. We’ll confirm the deposit amount with your quote.
Yes, absolutely. We’ll create a bespoke, tailored plan and source all the parts you need. Whether it’s building custom furniture or fitting a pop top roof, we can cover it. We supply a wide range of products including diesel heaters, furniture kits, rock and roll beds, electrics, awnings, sound deadening and insulation – all of which you can explore on our shop page.
Yes, rest assured, we are insured to have your vehicle on site at Innercity Campers.
Timelines vary depending on your van’s specific requirements. Most complex conversions take 2–4 weeks to complete. As we usually book work 4–8 weeks in advance, you should allow for an overall lead time of around 3 months from your initial enquiry.
SWB and LWB describe the wheelbase length of the Renault Trafic. The short wheelbase (SWB) version is more compact, offering easier handling and parking in tighter spaces. The long wheelbase (LWB) model extends the vehicle’s length, giving valuable extra room inside for storage, larger furniture or extended living space.
All of our Renault Trafic conversions are backed by a 1-year warranty that covers the quality of our workmanship. In addition, our Drivelodge and Skyline pop top roofs come with a 5-year roof warranty, offering long-term reassurance that your campervan is built to last.
Yes. If your van’s already sorted and you just want the roof, we fit pop top roofs on their own – no need to take the full package. Tell us the van and we’ll give you a price for the roof by itself. Our full conversion package is there if you want the rest done at the same time.
